Check payments and fix payment problems
My orders shows what was bought, the amount due, and payments received for each order.
Check an order
Section titled “Check an order”- Confirm the active person in the profile switcher.
- Open the user menu and select My orders.
- Select the order.
- Read the order total, paid total, items, payment method, and status.
- For … identifies the person covered by the order; By … identifies who created it.
Pending means the online payment provider has not yet confirmed the payment. It does not by itself mean that the payment failed or is overdue.
Cancel an open order
Section titled “Cancel an open order”You can cancel an order you created while its status is Checkout.
- Open My orders and select the order.
- Open the order actions and select Cancel order.
- Select Confirm.
The order changes to Cancelled and remains in your order history. Cancelling an open order does not issue a refund because the order has not been paid yet.
An online payment is still pending
Section titled “An online payment is still pending”- Do not start a second payment immediately.
- Return to the same order and refresh it once.
- If Complete with tPay appears, use it to continue the existing tPay transaction instead of starting another one.
- Read the result on the Stripe or tPay page or receipt without sharing credentials.
- If the order still shows Pending, send the organization the order identifier, payment method, approximate time, and visible status.
If Stripe or tPay says the payment succeeded but the TeamM order remains Pending, do not pay again; send the order details to the organization.
A cash payment is missing
Section titled “A cash payment is missing”Tell the Manager or authorized Leader who received the money which order it covers and the amount paid. That person confirms the cash payment in TeamM.
The amount, person, or item is wrong
Section titled “The amount, person, or item is wrong”Stop before paying. Send the organization:
- the order identifier;
- the person selected in the active profile;
- the incorrect item or amount;
- the expected team, event, or period.
Ask a manager to correct the price, discount, or order. Do not create a replacement order for the same purchase.
A payment appears twice or failed after money moved
Section titled “A payment appears twice or failed after money moved”Do not retry. Send the organization the order identifier and relevant payment receipts. Remove full card or bank details before sharing a receipt.
