Set prices and member discounts

Each team can offer monthly or per-event prices. Each type needs a base price before a limited price can be added.

  1. Open Teams, select the team, then open Memberships.
  2. Select Add.
  3. Choose Monthly or Per class or event. Per-event pricing is unavailable for teams with continuous membership.
  4. If no base price exists for that type, the form creates the base price.
  5. Enter Price and a member-facing Description.
  6. Select Submit.

Each type can have one active base price. Per-event pricing supports only a base price; limited prices are available only for monthly pricing.

A limited monthly price is a discounted price available during a defined booking window. It adds:

  • Membership Period: the period whose membership/event coverage uses the price;
  • Booking Window: when the member can buy it.

These ranges answer different questions. A price can cover a future period while being purchasable only during an earlier booking window.

Open the price from Memberships to edit its amount, description, or limited-price dates. Use Archive to stop using the price for future purchases.

  1. Open Teams, select the team, then open Members.
  2. Select the member, then choose Discount from their actions.
  3. Enter Value as a percentage from 0 to 100.
  4. Set the required Start date and optional Until date.
  5. Submit the form.

The start must be now or in the future, and the optional end must be later than the start. 0% disables the discount; 100% makes eligible purchases free. The discount applies only while its date range is active, and a limited price must also be within its booking window.

The purchase view uses the active member and team, the monthly or per-event type, the membership period, the limited price’s booking window, and the member discount dates. A price change does not alter an order that already exists.
