Something isn't working
Choose the symptom below, then open its recovery guide.
I cannot sign in or activate my account
Section titled “I cannot sign in or activate my account”- Confirm whether you originally used email/password or Login with Google.
- For an inactive account, check spam and resend the activation email.
- For a forgotten password, use Forgot password?.
- Never share an activation/reset link.
Open account access and recovery
I cannot find or join my organization or team
Section titled “I cannot find or join my organization or team”Use the account that received the invitation. If TeamM shows Join organization, select it. Otherwise, open the user menu and select Join to open Your profiles. Joining without an invitation lists only active public teams; a non-public team requires an organization invitation.
My payment or order looks wrong
Section titled “My payment or order looks wrong”Do not create or pay a duplicate. Open the existing order in My orders and use its person, items, total, paid amount, and payment status when reporting the problem. For missing cash payments, contact the Manager or authorized Leader who received the money.
My attendance or event is wrong
Section titled “My attendance or event is wrong”Members cannot change attendance or arrange class makeup in TeamM. Send the team, event date, person, and requested correction to its Leader or Manager. Ask a Manager to correct an event’s official date or place, or whether it is cancelled.

Staff should use Record attendance and class makeup.
A menu or action is missing
Section titled “A menu or action is missing”Use these access rules to identify the cause:

Profiles, Places, and organization Settings require a Manager profile. A Leader sees organization Orders only when allowed to manage payments or prices.

A Leader can act only in a team assigned to that Leader.
Escalate with useful evidence
Section titled “Escalate with useful evidence”When the relevant guide does not resolve the problem, send the organization or designated TeamM support contact:
- organization, active role, and affected team/person without unnecessary personal data;
- exact page and action;
- visible status and error text;
- approximate time of the failed action.
Never send a password, reset/activation link, payment credential, national identifier, or full personal-data screenshot.
